Dr. Sarah Rogers
CEO, Quest Direct Professional Services
Founder, Owner & CEO Early Years Educational Services & Quest Direct BA in Education, B Phil, MA in Education. Doctorate in Education Dr. Sarah is an expert in early years, an educationalist with a passion for lifelong learning who believes in giving others the opportunities to learn and to develop their knowledge and skills to deliver high quality learning environments for young children. Originally from the UK, having qualified and taught there, then living and working in the UAE for 26 years, Sarah is the founder, owner and CEO of an educational training company based in Dubai and formally Abu Dhabi. Early Years Educational Services (EYES) established in 2008, and Quest Direct established in 2014, merged in 2019 to provide high quality training and support for early years and primary school professionals respectively. EYES was the first CACHE Centre in the Middle East and Quest remains the largest centre and the market leader in the UAE. Sarah was pleased to be named as one of the most influential educators in the UAE region by Which School Advisor in 2017. Sarah is currently dividing her time between the UK and the UAE focusing on spreading good early years practice to professionals in the Middle East, Far East and Asia. Being aware of different contexts and cultures, her vision is to enable all education early years professionals to obtain high quality training that meets their needs in an accessible and affordable way.

Michael Potts
International Programmes Manager, NCFE
Mike Potts is the International Programmes Manager for NCFE. Mike has over 13 years’ experience in the education sector. He has been working with Ministries, Regulators, Colleges, Schools, Employers and Private Training Providers in the GCC and ASEAN regions for over 4 years. Mike’s specialism focuses on TVET skills development in new and emerging markets. Mike has also been successful in delivering international advisory services and developing bespoke programmes for governments, international bodies and aid and development organisations.

Charlotte Dawson
Early Childhood Centre Manager, CreaKids, Sustainable City
Charlotte Dawson us the Early Childhood Centre Manager at CreaKids, Sustainable City. She is originally from the rural English county of Shropshire. Being a mother, she is driven by the prospect of conserving the environment for children's futures. It is her vision to build a community of articulate and responsible individuals, who have great empathy and a natural curiosity. As such, facilitating the autonomy of individuals, nurturing their growth and encouraging social responsibility are causes which are of great importance. Charlotte originally graduated from the University of Wolverhampton in 2011 with a BEd in Primary Education. Ten years later, she then completed a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Finland. The focus of her Master’s thesis emphasised her passion for nurturing a connection to nature in Dubai. Last year, Charlotte received the GESS award ‘Ambassador for the Environment' for her efforts in the community. Alongside work and enjoying time with her husband and two young children, Charlotte continues to run community learning events, present at conferences and write for educational publications.

Fiona Carter
Director of Education, Wellington College International
Fiona has recently transferred from Wellington Colleges China, as their Director for International Business Development to Wellington Colleges International to be their Director of Education. Her role specialises in Early Years and Primary education and combines quality assurance with ensuring that all international schools in the group act as thought leaders in the educational provision they offer in existing and upcoming schools. Fiona began her international career with the consultancy group, Early Excellence as a trainer, speaker and specialist in the design of learning environments and went onto advising governments and school groups in the Middle East and SE Asia on academic strategy and governance. Previous to this, she led in Local authority school improvement teams in SE England and primary schools in the north. Fiona is a strong advocate for the implementation of approaches such as PEEC and the Leuven Scales to ensure that pupil wellbeing and involvement are central to planning for progress and has recently worked closely with international assessment leaders and Principals to promote and advise on what is regarded as effective and inspirational values-based education.
