Ryan Shea As a Solutions Engineer II, Ryan works with both existing and prospective clients across all industries demonstrating what is possible with the Fusion Framework System. Over the last two years, he has been working very closely with the Financial Services practice to help bring the vision of operational resilience to life in the Fusion platform. Prior to working at Fusion, Ryan lead implementations to delivery vendor management solutions at SAP Fieldglass.

Brooke has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on the management of internal processes and controls—most notably in the area of third party risk and operational compliance. Brooke is on the product delivery team as the third party risk management subject matter expert in residence.
Brooke joined Fusion from another leading risk company and previously the Bancorp Bank where she held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Third Party Risk Management. She was instrumental in creating their Third Party Risk Management Program and implementing numerous enterprise-wide initiatives. Brooke has held similar positions with PartnersFirst, the credit card division of Western Alliance Bancorp, and at MBNA America, as an Executive Vice President working as part of the risk management / compliance integration team as the company was acquired by Bank of America.
Brooke is frequently featured as a speaker at industry events, addressing topics on operational and compliance aspects of third party risk.

Brooke received her undergraduate degree from Duke University, and completed the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management (Consumer Bankers Association) and the Graduate School of Compliance Management (American Bankers Association).
