Peter Rentschler is the CEO of CarrierDirect, an industry-leading management consulting and software development firm. Peter leads client service and engagement delivery. He has advised carriers and 3PLs to create and implement long-term strategies enabled through organizational change and operational efficiency. Having worked for enterprise and boutique consulting firms, Peter has worked with clients across multiple industries including transportation, retail, technology, insurance, and finance. Passionate about the future of freight, Peter and CarrierDirect are moved by the impact people and technology have on businesses, and the ability each have to make substantial impacts tomorrow.

Ryan has lived his career at the intersection of transportation and technology. In addition to his work as the VP of Growth and Industry at CarrierDirect, he is the co-founder and advisor of Kinetic, a company focused on Freight Tech companies on their go-to-market, content marketing, and customer success. He also serves as an advisor for several freight tech companies. Ryan’s passion for educating the industry comes through in his work with clients ranging from freight tech companies to transportation providers, to shippers. Ryan is a serial entrepreneur, in addition to Kinetic, he has started multiple businesses in the industry and brings that experience to help shape the future of the industry.

Adam is an Industry Consultant / Subject Matter Expert at CarrierDirect. He specializes in Truckload Brokerage and Logistics. Prior to joining the team, Adam learned the ropes in Carrier Sales at AFN and went on to help build Carrier Sales departments at Echo Global Logistics, Uber Freight and co-founded Deploy Solutions Group. His experience gives unique perspectives in team building, operational efficiency and customer experience.

Steve Dantas is the Chief Operating Officer at CarrierDirect, and he partners with CarrierDirect’s CEO to craft and execute the company strategy and to create a high-performance culture.
Steve describes himself as a student of technology and leadership and a catalyst for maximizing people-potential. Steve’s expertise is in helping companies scale to the next level and exponentially grow people, revenues and profits.

In his past lives, Steve has worked at leading companies like Publicis-Sapient, Vodafone and Tata Consultancy Services. Steve has extensive experience leading engagements and building relationships with the world's best companies, including General Electric, Stellantis (formerly Fiat-Chrysler), 3M, Unilever, Citigroup, among others. Robert (Bain) has been a part of the Trucking, Supply Chain and Logistics industry for the last 15 years. He has extensive experience in both asset and non asset operations, sales and client management, and tech. He has worked with organizations like CRST, Uber Freight, and Shipwell, and is extremely passionate about the advancement of the logistics industry. In his spare time, he spends time with his wife and 4 children, and is a World Champion powerlifter and coach.
