Need clarification - if we had an employee on FMLA this year, exhausted all 12 weeks, returned to work - now with this pandemic has self-quarantined due to risk exposure - would the Family First Coronavirus Respond Act apply now? Are these 2 separate FMLA considerations employers provide within the same year?
