At FNRP, Ken established protocols to facilitate high-level responsiveness to investor inquiries and enhance the investor’s journey through informative communications and an emphasis on forming direct, trustful relationships.

Ken has led FNRP to partner with over 1,200 investors, many of whom are repeat investors and referrals, and secure more than $750M worth in assets.

Drew Carpenter is a Managing Director at FNRP and has been involved in real estate and equity investing for nearly two decades, across a broad range of asset classes.
His experience ranges from single-family value add investing and short-term rentals, multifamily and grocery-anchored value add CRE with FNRP.

He’s based in Denver, CO, is an active biplane pilot, brand strategist and frequently requested speaker.

Chief Investment Officer
As chief investment officer, Jared leverages his extensive retail real estate background and connections to manage FNRP’s growing portfolio, defining growth and risk management strategies.

Before joining FNRP, Jared invested across the credit and equity spectrum, focusing on real estate-rich retail, restaurants, homebuilders, and REITs in both distressed and performing companies. He also advised several large private and public real estate operators on prospective investments in well-located corporate and retail-related assets.
He has also deployed more than $100M of equity capital for multi-billion-dollar investment fund platforms through his roles of co-manager and head of research. Jared has an MBA from Columbia University, a JD from Hofstra University School of Law, and a B.S. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
