She teaches yoga internationally, with over 700 hrs of yoga teacher trainings, including Power Vinyasa, AcroYoga and Thai Massage. Anna is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach. Based in Brooklyn, she loves creating community through hosting mindful bookclubs, vegan brunches and yoga retreats.
