A separate questions section that allows the speaker to mark as answered and annotate the video while answering the question so any viewer can later click on the question and be taken directly to when it was answered.

This Would Work as a Marker. When the Host Clicks on Reply, the question will appear on the screen and at the same time create a label in the video. when someone sees the repetition, I can click on the question and to take you to the answer in the Webinar. It is one of the best ideas I have read.
