Pop-ups obscure the screen, so if the viewer is not ready to buy they will close it so they can continue to watch the webinar. Having a video overlay that is persistent would be much better, or some other feature to make sure it stays on the screen, for instance above the Q&A section. I'd like the Call To Action being forcibly visible until I want it removed. Otherwise, conversion rates will suffer.

I love the idea of having a spot for the offer to sit above the chat while the webinar continues. Often you need to make the offer and then go on and provide more details through Q&A before someone is willing to buy. By having the offer permanently visible once you've made it, you give people more of a chance to buy

This is essential also for the replay. You want the offer to show when someone is watching the replay. Currently the offer popups do not show when someone is watching the replay, so unless you have other ways of sharing the links. The replay watches have no idea what you are talking about...

I would also love to see this feature. I don't like the pop-ups, because when someone clicks them away the call-to-action is gone.

I agree. EverWebinar displays the CTAs/offers over on the side of the screen in the same place the chat, polls etc. are. From a sales psychology perspective, this is ideal because the attendees are already used to clicking and typing in that area of the screen.
