We've had attendees who are less technical get confused with "Join by Phone" and "Join by Computer" especially when using Smartphones. Smartphone attendees are choosing "Join by Phone" based on the current button titles and descriptions. These users also don't see their smartphones as a "Computer" and ignore the option. This means that when they enter the room, there is no audio or video. We think that the following may help. 1) Dial-in via Phone OR Dial to Join 2) Join via Device We're doing our bit by trying to educate attendees ahead of the meeting but of course, not everyone sees it and are lost when they join. We hope you can make this adjustment on the interface and maybe provide more details about what each option means, catering for the non-technical users who are unfamiliar with the world of webinars.
