Today the meeting feature is an "always open" approach. There's no way to schedule a meeting (within BigMarker), to send and track invites/registrations and to automate reminders as the meeting approaches. All this functionality exists for webinars and the request is to make that available for webinars. PS: Alternatively, have a more natural management of of attendees for webinars, such that they can be easily configured or promoted to presenters, including being able to chime on calls, no matter which phone number they used.
