It may sound stupid but can you work on the possibility of send Internet Speed to Presenters with low Internet or have setting feature in the platform to accommodate them (even with low quality). They always say we don't have a problem when we use ZOOM. Please help us helping you

I agree. Lots of my clients and attendees have much smoother experiences with Zoom if their internet speed is slow. There should be a adaptive bitrate to allow attendees to experience the webinar without issues.
