Webhooks for New/update of events

Currently there are no webhooks to indicate new or updated events. This has an impact on setups that use the BigMarker API since they cannot automated the publishing of events to a custom website because there is currently no way of knowing when an update was done.

This is probably the most important feature that BigMarker doesn't have. We need this so bad!

On our end as well a missing and import feature. An important webhook for us would be when a webinar ends (this to send attendance data to a 3th party application).
