It took me 10 minutes to log into the second LTDF webinar on BigMarker and I was kicked out of my own initial test webinar. We have narrowed it down to server location settings and I have adjusted them to “Europe”, although I am based in the U.K. I travel a lot to the Middle East, where there are no servers and I have had a report that users in ireland and Australia are struggling with access and speed as well. Please significantly increase server coverage around the world, outside of the US.
