Potential attendees may not complete registration, usually by not paying. When someone clicks on pay, it opens up the credit card page. Can the program then save the information that that potential attendee entered and if that person does not complete payment, their contact information is saved for follow up as potential lead for paid webinar. We have had this feature in conference registration programs and we have this in Zoom webinar where in the registration reports it indicates that someone did not pay. It says "registered but not paid" in Approval Status column.
