I agree, having a webinar waiting room and instruction is a must. Beside you could create something unique that overshadow other platforms.

I love the way Amy Porterfield have designed her waiting room with a very well designed layout with a countdown timer. It would be amazing to have a functionality like this.

To keep them engaged in the waiting room, it would be great to have the oppurtinity to show them video there. It would be a great way to get them in the right mindset as well as position yourself and show some social proof like testiminials... This would be really unique for Big Marker and would help us to convert more!
