Hi there, thank you for the feedback! Indeed, our green screen ask for a strict requirement when you use it. We are ugrading it currently. As a workaround there are applications such as chromacam that can apply to most of browsers and devices that can create virtual background for you and apply on our platform. Please feel free to test it on your end. Meanwhile, new virtual background feature is already in our roadmap, but we cannot give any timeframe of it.
