Many of us are planning presentations out in detail. We decide what we are going to say, when we are going to say it, what slides are shown in what order, and stuff like showing videos and giving out handouts is all pre-determined. For instance, I am intending to talk for 5 minutes before showing a video, then after the video I have a guest presenter who will talk for 10 minutes whilst showing a Powerpoint PDF. So during those 5 minutes, show a COUNTDOWN timer in green which tells me exactly how many minutes and seconds I have left. Then when I speak longer than the 5 minutes, continue the count in red so I am very aware that I am over time.
