Clinton Sanko is the office managing shareholder of Baker Donelson's Chattanooga office, and the Firm's eDiscovery and Practice Enhancement officer where he helps lead the Firm's adoption of artificial intelligence into its practice groups. An experienced commercial trial lawyer, he represents clients in complex business disputes and high-stakes litigation. In addition to overseeing the Firm's eDiscovery operations, Clinton helps drive the strategic adoption of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to enhance litigation and transactional strategy, efficiency, and client service. He is a frequent speaker on eDiscovery, legal technology, and the evolving role of AI in the practice of law.

While at Proofpoint, Jim built a network of CISOs and executive clients that helped the organization scale from $100M to $1.4B in just over six years.

Jim was born and raised in Chicagoland, studied engineering at the University of Illinois and now lives with his wife on a small ranch near Austin in the Texas Hill Country. Outside of work, you will find him spending time with his family, taking care of the animals, or enjoying the live music scene in the area.

Alisa Chestler concentrates her practice in privacy, security, and information management; artificial intelligence; health information and technology; health care and managed care regulatory issues; and corporate transactions matters. Alisa serves as co-chair of the Privacy, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Technology (PACT) Team at Baker Donelson. She is a trusted advisor to clients on privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence matters, with experience in health care and technology-driven industries.

As Chief Information Security Officer and President of Forensics at HaystackID, John provides consulting and forensic services to help companies address various matters related to electronic discovery and computer forensics, including leading forensic investigations, cryptocurrency investigations, and ensuring proper preservation of evidence items and chain of custody. He regularly develops forensic workflows and processes for clients ranging from major financial institutions to governmental departments, including Fortune 500 companies and Am Law 100 law firms.
