CPE Credit-3
This session provides an in-depth focus on the Exterro Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) solution, which streamlines the entire data subject rights request process from end-to-end. Attendees will learn to manage all request types, including the Right to Access and Right to Delete, using a defensible and automated workflow. Due to the similarities between the DSR product and the FOIA/PRR product and Subpoena Manager, all three modules will be covered in this session.
Please note that this is a bring-your-own-device training session, and attendees will be asked to connect to our cloud-based training system to participate in the training. No product download is required.
The course covers the full lifecycle of a Data Subject Request:
-Intake & Verification: Working with the customizable Request Portal for secure submission and configuring identity verification methods.
-Automated Workflows: Automating the process of identifying the request type, routing it to the relevant parties, and utilizing configurable workflows to trigger search, collection, and review tasks.
-Data Acquisition & Review: Acquiring documents, reviewing personal information, and utilizing native redaction capabilities to protect PII and confidential data.
-Fulfillment & Audit: Generating defensible reports, securely providing the required documents to the data subject, and maintaining a complete audit trail of the process.
