-Foundation: Understanding the Employees module, Non-Custodial Data Sources (NCDSs), and Matters.
-Creation & Issuance: Creating a legal hold from a template, understanding the wizard, and how to use templates. This includes identifying custodians, a variety of ways to add them, editing the template and notice language, and discussing different acknowledgment options.
-Management & Release: Managing the live legal hold process, including adding additional custodians, checking various statuses, reconfiguring reminders, and the complete process for releasing the hold.
-Integrated Features: Brief coverage of Questionnaires (Interviews), In-Place Preservation (IPP), and Employee Change Monitor (ECM) for users with those features.
