Ashish brings over 17 years of experience in the technology sector, with a deep specialization in SaaS and enterprise communications. Prior to joining Exterro, he held leadership roles at Headstrong Capital Markets (Genpact) and HP Poly, where he focused on bridging the gap between complex infrastructure and cloud-based collaboration tools (with Microsoft).

He now applies that same logic to the Legal GRC market, helping government agencies and corporations modernize their digital forensics and data risk workflows to meet the demands of a changing regulatory landscape.

Gino Bello

Managing Director

Gino is a digital forensics expert and the leader of the Technology team in South East Asia, based in Singapore. A certified computer examiner, having written expert reports and affidavits in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Indonesia, India, and the Philippines Courts and government, Gino specialises in forensic collection, analysis and expert reporting of digital evidence, Cyber and incident response. Gino’s expertise lies in conducting computer-related fraud investigations, cyber risk and end-to-end electronic discovery.

Gino has over 20 years of experience in Digital Forensics, Cyber, Legal Technology and IT. Gino has led a broad range of matters including large scale, cross-border disputes and investigations, Cyber risk reviews and incident response, electronic discovery engagements, class actions, intellectual property theft and leakage of confidential documentation investigations, anti-bribery and corruption, regulatory, employee-related misconduct and has assisted in large corporate recovery engagements.

Kerry-Ann Jones

Senior eDiscovery Consultant with over 10 years of experience guiding legal teams through complex data challenges across the full matter lifecycle—from early case assessment through trial or resolution.

At Consilio, she partners closely with clients to design and implement AI-enabled eDiscovery workflows, advising on data strategy, analytics, review methodologies, and efficient matter planning.

Her expertise spans data processing, preparation, and ingestion for eDiscovery platforms, along with strong coordination across cross-functional teams including legal, forensic, IT, and external service providers. She is frequently engaged as a trusted advisor, translating technical complexity into practical, client-ready solutions aligned with both legal and commercial objectives.

Prior to joining Consilio, she spent eight years at Deloitte in the United States and New Zealand, supporting matters across a broad range of practice areas, including government investigations and contract disputes. Her background includes consulting, project management, forensic investigations, and trial support, with hands-on experience preparing and presenting evidence in trial settings.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Juris Doctor, is a licensed lawyer. She is particularly interested in roles at the intersection of legal, technology, and operations, where data-driven insight supports strategic decision-making and cost efficiency.
