Why are students not doing their work? This is the question that many of us have asked over the past year, even though we are providing many opportunities in our classrooms and online. In this session, we will identify what makes an assignment engaging, strategies that engage students and virtual tools that can help you deliver engaging assignments. Participants will explore resources and have opportunities to experience engaging assignments with a focus on math, but can apply these tools and strategies to any subject area.
