Operations and Maintenance Projects to Increase Your Bottom Line

About This Webinar

In today's competitive energy industry, it is more important than ever for power plants to find ways to increase their bottom line. This webinar will explore two different case studies of how power plants have successfully implemented operations and maintenance (O&M) projects to improve their efficiency and profitability.

The first case study will focus on a power plant that used a combination of in-house and outside resources to implement a comprehensive O&M program. The program resulted in a significant increase in the plant's efficiency, which led to lower operating costs and a higher bottom line.

The second case study will focus on a power plant that outsourced its O&M to a third-party contractor. The contractor was able to implement a more efficient and effective O&M program than the plant could have on its own, which resulted in significant cost savings and increased profitability.

This webinar will provide you with valuable insights into how you can implement your own O&M projects to improve your power plant's efficiency and profitability.
