Megan Faulter is the Regional Vice President for Western Canada, Group Solutions at Empire Life. She has worked in the group benefits industry for over 17 years. Before moving into her current role, Megan worked as an Account Executive with Empire Life. Megan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Calgary and has completed her Group Benefit Associate designation.

Romina Isip is a Clinical Pharmacist and Client Advisor at Express Scripts Canada. In her role, she provides clients with clinical expertise related to drug formularies and clinical programs. She also authors and manages ESC's Knowledge Bank pipeline report series, essential in offering insights on new drugs coming out of the pipeline and market trends to help clients navigate the evolving drug landscape.
