Jim Austin, the lead teacher at eMindful, has been engaged in mindfulness practices for more than 40 years and has taught hundreds of hours of online mindfulness classes. Jim began teaching in the mind-body realm after receiving his initial formal yoga teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2004. Since then, he has trained at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center to lead Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction groups, which include mindfulness practice and yoga.
