Tony DiLoreto
Value Creator | Problem Solver | Inefficiency Exploiter
Tony works on Google's Professional Services team as an AI Architect, designing companies' ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform. As an AI Architect, he has to flex muscles in both data engineering and data science to devise novel and innovative solutions for Google's largest customers. At Google, Tony has held roles as an AI Architect, Data Engineer, and Data Scientist across a variety of teams. Prior to joining Google, Tony led Omnicom Media's analytics agency, Annalect, data platforms division, devising and implementing the data strategy across their portfolio of brands. Tony has his MS in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern, and degrees in Mathematics & Information Systems from the University at Buffalo. He currently lives in Reston, VA with his family and enjoys jogging, snowboarding, and cooking with his kids.

Poorna Kumar
Senior Manager, Machine Learning
Poorna works on the machine learning team at Upstart, an online lending platform whose mission is to “enable effortless credit based on true risk”. ML is used at the core of Upstart's product to predict loan outcomes, identify prospective customers, catch fraud, and more. At Upstart, Poorna leads the team that works on fraud detection applications. Prior to joining Upstart, she received an MS in Statistics from Stanford University and prior to that, she studied electrical engineering at IIT Madras in India. She is currently in the SF Bay Area, and enjoys hiking, reading, cooking and dancing in her spare time.

Natalie Pavon
Associate Director of Careers for Professional Certificate Programs
Natalie Pavon is the Associate Director of Careers for Professional Certificate programs at Emeritus. She is responsible for the career strategy and content for learners completing these programs. Her team also develops and maintains employer partner relationships to help companies source, match, and vet talent from the highly talented group of individuals completing Professional Certificate programs offered in collaboration with the top-tier educational institutions. Additionally, the Emeritus Careers team works with employers to obtain feedback about applicants and new hires and learn about high-growth areas. Natalie currently lives in the Chicagoland area and has over 15 years of career development experience.
