Dr. Chris Cogswell is a Global Consultant at Elsevier, leading science communication and outreach. He earned his PhD from Northeastern University, focusing on sustainable engineering and carbon dioxide capture. Dr. Cogswell presents on climate change, sustainable engineering, digital workforce transformation, skepticism, and scientific literacy.
Before Elsevier, he worked as a petrochemical consulting engineer and now volunteers as a pro-bono consultant on sustainability in disadvantaged communities. He also hosts The Mad Scientist Podcast, a top 100 Science Podcast globally.
