Jeffrey Grauel is the Director of Faculty Evaluation at Columbia College Chicago, an arts and media college celebrating its 135th anniversary. Over the past 20 years, he has served in various roles within and adjacent to the Office of the Provost, directing continuing education, communications, and supporting faculty careers. He is also the institutional system administrator for Interfolio. Columbia was among the early adopters of Lifecycle Management.

Rohan Thakkar is the Product Manager for Faculty Search and Lifecycle Management at Interfolio, where he leads initiatives to enhance accessibility within the Faculty Information System. With a robust background in education technology, Rohan has previously developed solutions that improve institutional effectiveness, assessment, and enrolment processes. Before transitioning to the EdTech sector, he spent over five years working in higher education, focusing on student affairs and learning outcome development.
