Navid Bazari leads the Interfolio product management team at Elsevier, overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Faculty Information System. With over 25 years of experience in online technology and services, Navid is passionate about supporting academic leaders and institutional administrators as they unlock the potential of technology. He believes in leading cross-functional collaboration that focuses on understanding customers’ needs, validates assumptions and holds themselves accountable for delivering solutions that help Universities operate more efficiently and effectively.

Rohan Thakkar
Product Manager, Interfolio, Elsevier
Rohan Thakkar is a Senior Product Manager at Interfolio, responsible for Faculty Search, Lifecycle Management, and Dossier. Separately, he leads accessibility compliance and improvement efforts across the Faculty Information System. With extensive experience in education technology, Rohan has developed solutions that enhance institutional effectiveness, assessment, and enrollment processes. Prior to EdTech, he spent over five years in higher education, specializing in student affairs and learning outcome development.

Andrew Hare

Andrew Hare joined Interfolio in 2019 as a member of the support organization and is currently the Product Manager for Faculty Activity Reporting. He has a background in jazz education and a Masters in Jazz Studies from the University of Maryland. He lives in Silver Spring, MD with his son and their delightful cat Poppy.

Senior Product Manager, Interfolio, Elsevier
Brad Evans is a Senior Product Manager at Interfolio, having joined the team in 2021. He has contributed to RPT, FS, LM, and Dossier, and is currently focused on unifying user and unit management across the platform. He graduated from Purdue University and lives in the Nashville area with his wife, their 10 year old son, and dog.

Sally Pierce

Sally Pierce is a Product Manager at Interfolio, responsible for Review, Promotion, and Tenure as well as the Product Advisory Council. She moved to the Product Team in 2022 after seven years in Services, where she supported client implementations across Interfolio’s suite. Sally draws on this client-facing experience to inform product strategy and development. She graduated from Georgetown University and lives outside Philadelphia with her husband, two-year-old daughter, and dog.
