Dr. Panagiotis Kavouras
Researcher at the Association of Hellenic Academic Libraries, Aristotle University
Panagiotis Kavouras is a researcher at the Association of Hellenic Academic Libraries, at the Center for Libraries and Informatics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and at the Institute of Health and Society, Centre for Medical Ethics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Oslo. He has worked as a researcher in academic and non-academic settings, in Greece and abroad. For almost two decades, his research interests focused on materials engineering. Since 2017, his research interests were re-orientated on the fields of Research Integrity, responsible Open Science and reproducibility. In addition to his academic track record, he has written extensively in the Greek language, mainly on issues related to Research Integrity, in a column he held for three years at a magazine for science, technology and society.

Max Vögler
Vice President Global Strategic Networks DACH, Elsevier
Dr. Max Vögler has been Vice President for Global Strategic Networks – DACH at Elsevier since 2017. In his role there, he works together with universities, scientific institutions and research funding organizations and operates as a liaison between the scientific community and Elsevier. Before joining Elsevier Dr. Vögler worked for twelve years at the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, most recently as the Director of the DFG’s North America Office in Washington, DC. He received his Ph.D. from Columbia University in New York in the subject of European History.
