Choose: Enter with computer.
Click: Under the enter webinar button, click to turn on mic & camera. Clicking this button allows the system to access your already turned on mic and camera on your laptop. Make sense?

The virtual webinar platform, BigMarker.com, will perform a "system check" when you click to enter webinar. It will be checking these things:

* Your Chrome Browser updated to most recent
* Your Operating System updated to most recent
* STRONG internet connection.

If any of these things do not pass the system check, it will prevent you from joining the meeting. My cell is 850-322-2492, as you all know. It is part of the training process to troubleshoot your computer & connection. If you can not enter, call me and we will walk through the steps to getting you in. Do not feel bad if you cannot enter, it is part of the process.

TIPS before entering webinar:

Close ALL open tabs on your computer except the one you are using.
Position yourself close to your router i.e. close to your wifi signal
Do not use VPN as wifi connection
Make sure your laptop's camera & mic are on.

I expect you will be able to join the webinar. These are simply the things we see most often if you are not able to.
