About This Webinar

Are you seeking to reinvent your volunteer program? This four part series will provide tools and strategies for revising and enhancing existing volunteer engagement efforts.

On June 15th, we'll discuss strategies for rebooting volunteer roles, including identifying new opportunities and reshaping existing positions.

On June 22nd, our topic is volunteer recruitment. We'll talk about diverse methods for reaching diverse audiences, from online tools to in-person activities.

On June 29th, we'll shift our focus to communications and supervision, discussing methods for staying in touch with current and former volunteers as well as tools and strategies for ongoing volunteer supervision.

On July 6th, we'll dive into volunteer support, recognition, and retention, offering strategies for retaining great volunteers as well as suggestions for innovative volunteer recognition and support.
