He earned his bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and his master’s degree in Communication from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. With experience in student success, teaching, and media, Ruben is passionate about helping students navigate the graduate school process and reach their academic goals.

Rebecca Kehe is the Director of International Student Services at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where she conducts recruiting, admissions, immigration, and other student services for UMHB’s international student community. Prior to her role at UMHB, she has worked in international education roles at California State University - San Bernardino, the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and Southeast Missouri State University. She holds a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Global Studies from Southeast Missouri State University.

Stephanie joined the International Admissions and Student Services team in November 2014. Before becoming the Director in August 2025, she served in various immigration advising and admissions roles in the office. In her role as the Director of International Admissions and Student Services, she oversees international recruitment, admissions processing, and immigration compliance for F-1 students. Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in English Literature from Binghamton University in New York and attended SIT Graduate Institute in Vermont for studies in International Education. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys reading, hanging out with her cats, listening to Taylor Swift and swimming.
