Maintenance Vendor Training Sessions

About This Training & Q&A

We are updating our process in an effort to provide a better experience for our customers and will be holding training and Q&A sessions. We believe this change will greatly benefit our customers and our vendors, and we would like to ensure that everyone is informed and well-prepared for the transition.

We will be holding two training sessions on May 5th; session 1 is at 9:00am Eastern and session 2 is at 3:00pm Eastern and they will last for approximately 1 hour. You only have to attend one session. During the session, our team will explain the change in detail, including why it is necessary, how it will be implemented, and what you can expect moving forward.

In addition to the training sessions, we will be holding Q&A sessions from May 8th through 12th. In these sessions you can ask our team any questions you may have as you navigate through the new process.
