Modern technological advancements (social media, apps, AI, etc.) have supposedly made today's communication much easier, but in reality has isolated many of us. In this session, we’ll draw attention to the conventional form of interpersonal relations that must always be revered and utilized for us to continue to flourish both personally and professionally. We’ll discuss a sense of balance between old and new forms of communication, and the audience will be asked to take part in a challenge that will improve not only work results but quality of life.
