Saibene is an Adjunct Professor in the MSITM Program at DBU. She has been a CIO, CTO, CSO multiple times for large, multi-billion dollar organizations, and has worked in various sectors, such as commercial, non-profit, education, and government. She is the founder and Chair of the Center of Excellence for Digital Ethics at DBU, as well as the founding Chair of PrivacyMind.org. Saibene currently serves as the President of Innovation-TVA, and is the CEO of Quartus Factor.
