Over the years, as mental health issues (or as I prefer to call them, “bodymind” health issues) have come more and more to the forefront, I’ve been making some observations.
During the pandemic, for example, I’ve noted that those who have been doing pretty well mentally, emotionally and physically have one thing in common: they have daily self care practices in place which have helped them successfully navigate through both their personal and work challenges.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
I’m a stress and bodymind health expert, Certified Canfield Success Principles Trainer (by Jack Canfield), Success Mindset Coach, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner, best selling author, online course creator & speaker.
I help coaches, healers and heart-centered entrepreneurs to:

For more than 33 years while working in healthcare, I’ve been studying the impact stress has on our mind and body – or bodymind as I like to call it.
Like everyone, I’ve experienced periods of intense stress in both my personal and professional life. However, these life challenges have also inspired and motivated me to learn new and powerful ways to help overcome my own bodymind, business and life obstacles. In turn, I love sharing these techniques and insights through my online courses, books, speaking, as well as coaching.
In addition to my online business, I currently maintain a part-time athletic therapy and chiropractic practice at a multi-disciplinary clinic in Canada. I also love spending time with family and friends, as well as hiking in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
