A talk by Pat Armitstead. Language has the power to wound or heal, and conscious communication will be central for all of us moving forward.  At the moment we are sitting cacooned and waiting to emerge into something new.  There is great uncertainty around that, but, just like the Monarch butterfly before it emerged… everything we need is already within us!”  She says those things will become apparent to us as we remain open to possibility, shift our perceptions, become more agile, harness the inherent gifts, honour the good and most importantly see people as great.   The new model she envisages will be inclusive, it will be founded in high trust environments, will be a model of safety, care and empathy and will cater to real human needs. 
 
In this presentation Pat will share how conversational, emotional and social intelligence, along with positive psychology, epigenetic and intuition will create a space for intimate communion and unity
