Andrew joined Credo in 2020 having worked as the Head of Distribution for Methodical Investment Management, a boutique equity asset manager in Cape Town. He worked previously at HSBC and Prudential M&G in London before serving as a Senior Director at Fitch Ratings, where he had responsibility for leveraged finance, private equity and structured finance CDOs across the EMEA region. He holds a BA in Economics & East Asian Studies from McGill University (Canada), a MSc from the London School of Economics and is a CFA charterholder.
Ainsley To
Head: Multi Assets
Ainsley joined Credo as a Research Analyst in 2012 and is now the Head of Multi-Assets. Prior to this, he worked as an investment analyst at Stamford Associates. He also had previous roles at Fidelity International and Bloomberg LP. Ainsley graduated from Imperial College and became a CFA Charterholder in 2014.
Deon Gouws
Chief Investment Officer
Deon has been the Chief Investment Officer at Credo since 2012, following a number of managerial roles within the institutional side of the investment industry which he originally joined in 1996. Prior to that, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and lectured accountancy to final year students at the University of Johannesburg. Deon has an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge and is a CFA charterholder.
