Colorado SHRM invites you to join The Arc Pikes Peak Region, a Colorado Springs-based nonprofit that provides advocacy, education and social opportunities for people with I/DD, for a discussion about the ins and outs of hiring people with I/DD. Topics that will be discussed include: Success-based strategies for hiring and retaining employees with I/DD; common barriers people with I/DD face when finding and retaining employment; and stories from real people with I/DD who have experienced success in the workplace. Pre-approved for 1 SHRM PDC & 1 HRCI general credit. Questions? Contact info@coshrm.org
