Jeff Albert is Deputy Project Director of WASHPaLS and co-founder of the Aquaya Institute. He is a WASH professional with over two decades of research experience, including 12 years in international development.
Jeff has been actively involved in the design, execution, and management of several applied research programs to evaluate the impacts of WASH interventions, and he was the lead author of an article selected Best Paper of 2010 by Environmental Science and Technology. Jeff was an AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow in 2004-05, and a lecturer at Brown University from 2002-04. He holds a Ph.D. in environmental science from Yale University.
