The Truth About Recruiting and Retaining Volunteer Members

About This Webinar

The truth about recruiting and retaining volunteer firefighters focuses on breaking the mold and developing new values for your members to stay and to attract new ones. Chief Jason Caughey will share what techniques have and have NOT worked to grow from 30 members to over 100 members in the last few years. We place many expectations on volunteer firefighters. Our organizations must provide equally as much value back to our members to provide an incentive for them to meet the demands of today's fire service. This will be an interactive presentation on breaking the mold with a truthful discussion on recruiting and retaining volunteer firefighters.
