Brad Elmer is a managing director with Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors, where he helps municipalities and their private-sector partners figure out how to pay for their most challenging projects. He has extensive experience utilizing municipal bonds, tax increment financing, bank debt, New Markets Tax Credits, PACE financing, and Historic Tax Credits.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Brad led large-scale real estate development projects for a national real estate firm. He also participated in the issuance of over $5 billion of municipal bonds and managed $14 billion of outstanding debt, including $1 billion of commercial paper and a $200 million derivative portfolio.
