About This Webinar

This is a stressful time filled with uncertainty. You could be on the front lines of a health crisis, scrambling to transition to working from home, or worried about your employer having to close. You could have children that need care or homeschooling. Perhaps you have sick or elderly people in your life that you're concerned for. Though everyone's experience is different, we're all facing uncertainty, change... and a toilet paper shortage! Tamera Crenshaw, Mental Health Therapist, will be joining us this month to discuss how best to navigate new normal during the pandemic.
