Prior to joining Revolut, Ron held positions as the President, Chief Credit Officer of Avid Bank for five years and before that was the company's executive vice president chief credit officer. He has also been chief operating officer at several banks. His market experience includes California, the Northwest, Pacific Rim, Guam/Saipan, and the Hawaiian Islands with organizations worth $500MM to $80B.
