James Hulse is a respected leader and development contributor in the natural gas industry. With more than 10 years of experience in LNG and CNG, as well as holding a patent on LNG pump system technology he has the technical expertise as well as the business knowledge to provide real world solutions to the natural gas consumers. That expertise is used to advance two CenterPoint Energy businesses; Mobile Energy Solutions (MES), which is the leading supplier of LNG and CNG as a delivered natural gas supply during pipeline interruptions, capacity constraints or pipeline construction delays and CenterPoint Energy Intrastate Pipeline (CEIP) which constructs, operates and maintains final mile transmission interconnects. In this role, he focuses on increasing customer loyalty, and the continuous development of products and services to better serve those customers’ needs.

Hulse has worked in natural gas as the VP of Business Development for Transfuels (ENN), an LNG and CNG infrastructure company, and the Manager of Business Development for Applied LNG, a Liquefied Natural Gas producer. He has also held other leadership roles in global supply chain with Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold, as well as positions in marketing and sales.

President and CEO, Stabilis Energy
Jim Reddinger is an experienced LNG and financial executive who has been in senior leadership positions with Stabilis since co-founding the company in 2013. Mr. Reddinger has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Stabilis Energy since 2018.

Mr. Reddinger served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Stabilis Energy from 2013 to 2018, where he led all sales, operations, and financial functions for the company. During this time, Stabilis completed the construction of its first liquefier (George West, TX), acquired Encana corporation’s domestic small-scale LNG business, completed and then exited a joint venture with Flint Hills Resources, and acquired Prometheus Energy.

Mr. Reddinger also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tiger Rentals and MG Finance (both Modern Group companies) from 2013 to 2017, where he led the finance, strategic, and legal functions for both organizations. In this role, Mr. Reddinger led multiple debt financings, upgraded management systems and financial reporting for future growth, and executed several acquisitions.

Prior to these roles, Mr. Reddinger was a senior investment banker at UBS and Credit Suisse where provided transaction advice and support to C-level executives and Boards of Directors. This experience included capital raising (equity, debt and hybrid securities) and mergers and acquisitions (buy-side, sell-side, and joint venture transaction execution) for public and private companies. Mr. Reddinger has also worked as a management consultant.

Mr. Reddinger received a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, Kinetrex Energy
Craig Moore has over 15 years of experience in the transportation and energy industries with a focus on growth and business development.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Craig is responsible for all sales and marketing activities, and new business initiatives. In 2017 Kinetrex installed its first permanent LNG regasification system to deliver natural gas to a base load operation unable to receive gas utility service. Additionally, Kinetrex launched Kinetrex Energy Transportation with a fleet of LNG trucks and LNG trailers to transport LNG throughout the Midwest. In 2018 Kinetrex launched our first mobile LNG regasification system, and in 2019 released our generation 2 system along with a customer application for an enhanced customer experience. Earlier this year, Kinetrex launched our first RNG plant in Indianapolis with our JV partners producing nearly a bcf of RNG annually.
From 2012 through 2015, Craig was Citizens Energy Group’s Director of Corporate Development, while being responsible for the businesses within Citizens Resources or “for-profit” businesses including Kinetrex Energy. During his time at Citizens Energy Group, Craig was involved with the acquisition of Citizens Water and Wastewater of Westfield, the acquisition of Citizens of South Madison, and the oil drilling reinvestment plan for Citizens Resource Production.
Prior to his time at Citizens Energy Group, Craig held several positions of increasing responsibility at Cummins, Inc., the largest independent diesel and natural gas engine manufacturer in the world. While at Cummins, Craig was the General Manager of a startup air handling valve business. Craig developed the business plan, strategy, and execution plan for the business. His responsibilities included managing a global team in the U.S., India, and China, covering product engineering, manufacturing, marketing, supply-chain, and quality. As the Director of Acquisitions and Alliances, Craig evaluated internal and external growth options for Cummins in filtration, after treatment, and air handling components in order to take advantage of increasing emission regulations. Prior to that assignment, Craig was also a Corporate Six Sigma Black Belt and completed more than ten six sigma projects with combined annual savings in excess of $4 million dollars per year. This led to improving risk management and customer service for Cummins’ Corporate, Engine, Power Generation, and Component businesses.
Before joining Cummins, Craig served in various financial roles inside and outside of the treasury department for Allstate Insurance Company. Craig holds an MBA from the DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from the Ball State University Miller College of Business. Craig attended the Harvard Business School Executive Training Program on Building New Businesses in Established Organizations in 2011. Craig also participated in Hoosier Fellows, a leadership excellence program from Indiana University in 2015.
