SCRIPT (Successful Clinical Response In Pneumonia Therapy) is a multi-year pneumonia study funded by NIAID, focused on a systems biology approach to understand pneumonia therapy response. SCRIPT integrates data from multiple sources – clinical data and multiple ‘omics – and we are exploring how to help researchers make sense of the wealth of data available. We will share research in progress on how we model clinical data stored in the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) common data model to a graph schema in Neo4j, and our journey in applying graph algorithms to assist clinical adjudications.
