Conflict with your work colleagues can be challenging, and it didn’t get any easier when we all started working from home. But the consequences of letting the conflict fester or grow can be even greater these days when we seem to be working more hours and juggling new responsibilities during a pandemic.

In this 30-minute workshop, conflict and workplace culture expert Jamie Notter will go over the two most important tools for having better conflict conversations so you can tackle your conflict head on and get to the more important things on your plate.

This workshop from AssociationSuccess.org is pre-recorded, but the live chat will be active, so hop on in with all your questions.
