Entrepreneurial Mindset: Keys to Female Founder Success

ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
What gives Female Founders a winning edge? Can you boost your chances of success too?

Research on female leaders and startup founders indicate that entrepreneurial mindsets can make the difference between success and failure. What are these mindsets and how do we develop these mindsets? What are we learning about how women advance and accelerate their careers and their startups?

This session will be run by Dr Jeri Childers, the Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the University of Technology Sydney in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. Jeri is also the founding Director of the UTS Techcelerator, which enables early-stage tech founders to prototype and validate their commercial deep tech solutions. She will share lessons learned from female founders and their goals for working with their mentors in the UTS Female Founder Mentoring Program—powered by Inspiring Rare Birds through an enlightening chat with Founders Jami Emerson and Sadia Khan.
