Project Coordinator, OSCE Mission to Skopje
Dr. Gabor Kemeny is working as a Project-coordinator at the OSCE Mission to Skopje. He is responsible for the implementation of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW) projects which aims to increase the security of the SALW stockpiles and to decrease the risk of weapon proliferation, misuse of firearms. He is also closely involved in the development and implementation of border security related projects. Gabor previously worked as a chief superintendent, as a Head of Police Project Unit at the EUPOL Mission in Afghanistan, as a Border and Migration Adviser at the OSCE Mission to Skopje and fulfilled various, security related consultancy positions. His main portfolio is cross-border co-operation and information exchange. He graduated as a Master of Laws and the European Joint Master’s in Strategic Border Management (Frontex).

Advisor on Counter-terrorism/Violent Extremism, OSCE Mission to Skopje
Mr Serkan Serin was born in 1974. During his professional life, he has served in various sectors in the Turkish National Police since he was graduated from Police Academy in 1996. He has experience in United Nations Mission in Kosovo as Monitoring Team Leader, Provincial Reconstruction Team in Afghanistan as police trainer, and OSCE Mission in Kosovo as Senior Training Advisor. He has counter-terrorism experience in Turkey between 2013 and 2017. Mr Serin is currently holding the position of Advisor on Counter-terrorism and Violent Extremism in OSCE Mission to Skopje.
